Do you ship internationally?
No. Käthe Wohlfahrt of America currently ships only within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $450 qualify for free shipping, excluding shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During the peak holiday season (mid-September through December), processing times may be extended by 3–5 business days.
What does 2nd Day Air shipping mean?
2nd Day Air orders are delivered two business days after the order has shipped.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Käthe Wohlfahrt of America is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We can provide
