Returns & Refunds

We want your shopping experience with Kathe Wohlfahrt of America to be as enjoyable as possible. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below. 

Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

To request an RMA:

Option 1: Log in to your Kathe Wohlfahrt of America account and select Return Items next to the applicable order.

Option 2: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].

Important: All returns require an RMA number before being shipped. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused. Please do not ship any items back until you have received your RMA authorization.

Packaging Requirements

To help ensure your return is processed without delay:

• Return items in their original product box or packaging.
• Place the product box inside a separate shipping carton.
• Do not place shipping labels, tape, or other markings directly on the product packaging.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will apply if a returned item:

• Shows signs of use or repair
• Is missing original accessories, tags, pamphlets, or other included materials
• Is not returned in its original product packaging
• Has writing, labels, stickers, or markings on the product packaging
• Is shipped using only the product box without an outer shipping carton

Return Form Required

All returns must include a completed and signed return form.

Returns received without the required documentation may result in processing delays.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our customer service team.

After inspection:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Replacement items will be shipped based on product availability.

Please allow adequate time for inspection and processing before checking the status of your return.
