U.S. Online Purchase Return Policy
Käthe Wohlfahrt of America is committed to providing you with the finest merchandise and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All product returns are subject to a 30-day return policy. We cannot accept returns that are not in perfect condition in the original packaging, previously used, product box written on, or after the 30-day period. Return of a Damaged Item
Please email our customer service team with photos of your damaged item(s), along with photos of the outer shipping carton if it is also damaged. Once received, return instructions will be sent to you, along with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.
Return of a Non-damaged Item
If you change your mind about an item or order the wrong size, please contact our customer service team to request return instructions. We cannot accept a return COD. Items must be received in our office before we can issue a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used with your order.
Retail and Seasonal Market Return Policy
For assistance with a purchase made at our Minnesota Retail Store in Stillwater, please contact the store directly at 651-275-1236. If your purchase was made at one of our seasonal market locations, please bring your return to that market. If, for any reason, you are physically unable to return to the market, please contact our customer service team for assistance. All returns are subject to the same 30-day return policy as described above.
