Caring for & Storing Your PyramidUpdated 14 days ago
It is always best to keep the box your pyramid arrived in and store it in an area free from excessive heat, cold, or humidity.
Prior To Usage
- If your pyramid comes with a hub and separate blades (not a pre-made propeller), carefully insert the blades into the hub, before placing onto the metal rod. Turn the blades to a 45-degree angle to allow the propeller to spin at the proper speed.
- Remove any cardboard placed between the bearing and rod tip.
Useful Tips
- Never leave a lit pyramid unattended, as this could potentially create a fire hazard.
- Only use candles designed specifically for your pyramid. DO NOT use votive candles in the tealight candleholders.
- Use caution when removing the propeller. Lift up and hold the rod firmly beneath the hub, to avoid bending the rod or damaging the bearing, and gently pull off.
- A section of the rod will be visible between the hub and the pyramid. It is suggested to place a piece of cardboard between the bearing and the rod tip (if your style of pyramid allows) when storing. This prevents the rod from freely moving around.
What size candles do I need?
Our pyramids use small, large, or tealight candles. To determine which size you need, you can place a coin over the candle cup. If a dime fits over the cup, it uses a small candle. If a nickel fits over the cup, it uses a large candle. All available pyramids will provide the option to purchase the correct candle size for your selected pyramid when placing an order.
Candle burn times may vary.
- Large Candles - up to 3 hours
- Small Candles - up to 1.5 hours
- Tealight Candles - up to 3 hours
Note: Please use the specific candle size required for your pyramid, as mentioned above. Using the incorrect size candles may cause damage to your pyramid and potentially create a fire hazard.
